Better than OurOtherPal
My dietician recommended this app during my diabetes consultation. She said it was more accurate than MyFitnessPal. Im not sure shes right but it did get me to look closely at both. They BOTH have a high degree of error regarding nutritional data. This one may have less errors only because it has far fewer foods in its database.
This said, Im sticking with this one for three reasons: I like the layout better. I dont have to wade through pages of duplicate entries. And by forcing me to enter in nutritional information right from the food label requires me to be more mindful that just a quick barcode scan that may or may not contain updated or accurate information.
