I prefer the overall "healthier lifestyle" approach of this app in comparison to myfitnesspal, showing healthy fats opposed to just saying I went over my daily fat intake, for example. Although, there are a couple features I like better from myfitnesspal such as:
1) Portions
If I want to add 1/3 or even 1/2 a portion of what is given, it automatically calculates as 0 calories, 0 everything and is not accounted for.
2) Search Options
I found it very rare to not find a food or brand I was looking for with myfitnesspal. Today, being my first day on the app, I have even had trouble with finding something as simple as a red grapefruit. I think you guys would benefit from widely expanding your search options by connecting to the web somehow.
Bug fixes
1) Dates
The app will simply not allow me to put my actual birthday, and automatically goes to the date "April, 14th 1997." This is not my birthday and I wish for it to be more accurate with my recommendations accordingly.
I hope you guys take this to consideration as I have paid a hefty 6 dollars for this app.
